Privacy Policy

Full Boost Consulting website is owned by Full Boost Consulting Ltd, which is a data controller of your personal data.

We have adopted this Privacy Policy, which determines how we are processing the information collected by Full Boost Consulting, which also provides the reasons why we must collect certain personal data about you. Therefore, you must read this Privacy Policy before using Full Boost Consulting website.

We take care of your personal data and undertake to guarantee its confidentiality and security.

Personal information we collect:

When you visit the Full Boost Consulting website, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the installed cookies on your device, except where noted below, our toolkit pages use cookieless analytics. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as "Device Information." Moreover, we might collect the personal data you provide to us (including but not limited to Name, Surname, Address, payment information, etc.) during registration to be able to fulfill the agreement.

Tools hosted at toolkit.fullboostconsulting.com use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits. This is a cookieless analytics service — it does not use tracking cookies, does not collect personally identifiable information, and does not track visitors across other websites. It provides only aggregated, anonymised statistics such as page views, referrer source, country, and device type, used solely to help us understand how our tools are used.

Toolkit: email address, consent and acceptance records

When you accept a disclaimer on a tool at toolkit.fullboostconsulting.com we record the date, time and version of the disclaimer accepted, the version of the Terms of Use you agreed to at the same time, which tool you were using, a truncated IP address (the first three parts only, for example 81.2.69.0/24) with the country and region it belongs to, and a random identifier your browser generates on its first visit. If your browser was unable to reach us on earlier visits, it sends us its own count of those visits when it first connects. Once you have accepted a tool's disclaimer, we also count how many times you open that tool, against that identifier. If the Terms of Use change, we ask you to agree to the new version and record that too. After a few visits the tools also ask for your email address. Once provided, we add your email address and whether you ticked the box asking to hear about new tools.

We use this to understand who is using the tools and what to build next, to be able to show that the disclaimer and Terms of Use were accepted, and, only if you ticked the box, to contact you about our tools. Our legal bases are consent (your email address and the tick box) and our legitimate interest in keeping a record of accepted terms. Every email we send about our tools carries an unsubscribe link, which switches the marketing flag off immediately.

These records are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV, a storage service operated by Cloudflare, Inc. It replicates data across Cloudflare's network, which includes the United States. We keep the records until you ask us to delete them.

Use of the toolkit is also subject to the Terms of Use, available from the link in each tool's footer.

Information stored in your browser

The tools store a small amount of information in your browser's local storage, not in cookies: a random visitor identifier, a count of your visits, whether you have accepted each tool's disclaimer, whether you have provided an email address or chosen "Not now", which version of the Terms of Use you accepted, and, once you have provided it, a copy of your email address and your choice about hearing from us. The email copy exists so it can be re-sent to us if the first attempt did not arrive, for example where a corporate network blocks the request; if we delete your record at your request, the tools remove the copy on your next visit. This information is used only to avoid asking you the same things twice and to make sure your sign-up reaches us, and is never shared with anyone. Clearing your browser's site data removes all of it.

Why do we process your data?

Our top priority is customer data security, and, as such, we may process only minimal user data, only as much as it is absolutely necessary to maintain the website. Information collected automatically is used only to identify potential cases of abuse and establish statistical information regarding website usage. This statistical information is not otherwise aggregated in such a way that it would identify any particular user of the system.

You can visit the website without telling us who you are or revealing any information, by which someone could identify you as a specific, identifiable individual. If, however, you wish to use some of the website’s features, or you wish to receive our newsletter or provide other details by filling a form, you may provide personal data to us, such as your email, first name, last name, city of residence, organization, telephone number. You can choose not to provide us with your personal data, but then you may not be able to take advantage of some of the website’s features. For example, you won’t be able to receive our Newsletter or contact us directly from the website. Users who are uncertain about what information is mandatory are welcome to contact us via hello@fullboostconsulting.com.
